
Touch Revolution has created NIMble and is using the US market by partnering with telecomm, they may advertise this product by the middle of the year maybe with other brands and slight changes in the designs. This smartphone is great for your home and it has a touch-screen and has Bluetooth connectivity, the features are also great because it has a neat style similar to the iPhones. Acer is on track to release its first smartphones in the early part of next year, the company says. Following up on its buyout of cellphone company E-TEN in the spring, the PC builder now says it hopes to have the first phones under its own name to ship before the end of March and hopes to launch them first within Western Europe and Russia, with other areas following later.
Details of the number of models or the phones themselves are unavailable, though E-TEN had previously been making Windows Mobile smartphones and had focused heavily on extras like GPS and live TV.

Nokia has recently unveiled a limited edition version of its flagship smartphone, the N96, to commemorate martial arts legend Bruce Lee. The phone itself does not get any unique features, though fans of Bruce Lee should enjoy a likeness and signature of Bruce Lee on the back panel of the handset, along with preloaded rare photos of the fighter and actor. Other included accessories include an action figure of Bruce Lee made by Enterbay is likewise included with the handset. The N96 sports 16GB of built-in storage and a microSDHC card slot. This Chinese version should include a TV tuner and integrates a five-mega pixel camera with flash, a full-blown GPS sensor, Wi-Fi module and dual-band HSPA-based 3G data network access.

ASUSÂ claimed a minor victory in smartphones with the launch of the P565. The Windows Mobile device uses an 800MHz Marvell processor that is said significantly faster than the roughly 600MHz chips used in better devices today. This helps multitask as well as crunching through particularly demanding tasks as much as two times faster, ASUS says. These tasks include graphics on the phone’s 480×640 touchscreen as well as recording and playing back MPEG-4 video. The phone carries other high-end features from ASUS’ smartphones, such as its HSPA-based 3G, three-megapixel rear and front VGA cameras, GPS and Wi-Fi. ASUS gives the phone its custom Glide interface for easier access to the home screen and other features using solely finger input, saving users from relying on the stylus input common to Windows Mobile phones.

AT&T and Samsung have announced the availability of the new Samsung Epix smartphone.
This innovative smartphone packs in an advanced touch screen and new optical mouse technology, powered by AT&T’s 3G network. The Epix is available exclusively to AT&T customers in the US.
It’s the first ever phone to incorporate the optical mouse technology, the optical mouse is located in the center of the device between the right and left soft keys for quick and easy navigation just by sweep of a finger. It runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system. The optical mouse also lets you switch to the four-way key traditional navigation.
